PUPPY BASICS CLASS (6 sessions)

Pups 8 weeks to 6 months

6 puppies.
What to expect
Learn the basics of positive reinforcement training! Your puppy will learn sit, down, stand, stay, wait, leave it, loose leash walking, and to come when called. In addition, we will talk about puppy play biting, and many other practical aspects of puppy ownership. There will be opportunities for your puppy to socialize with the other puppies between structured training periods.
Requirements
Pups must have had first round of vaccinations plus initial dewormer and their vet care must be up-to-date for their age.
$250 for 6 sessions to be paid in advance. NO REFUNDS OR MAKE-UP SESSIONS FOR MISSED CLASSES.

BASIC OBEDIENCE CLASS (6 sessions)

Dogs at least 6 months of age

What you and your pup will learn
Brush up on all the basics, trouble shoot problems, get a snappy recall, and practice loose leash walking in a fun atmosphere of positive reinforcement training. Friendly dogs have the option of 10 - 15 minutes of free play on our fenced acreage prior to class.

PUPPY SOCIAL HOUR (drop-in / weekly)
Target audience
Pups 8 weeks to 6 months
Limit
10 puppies (more if I have an assistant).
What to expect
You will learn how to safely supervise your puppy’s play, how and when to intervene if there is tension or escalation of the play and the basics of dog body language. Emphasis is placed on making sure each puppy has a positive experience playing with others. Puppies are matched by play style and shyer puppies are allowed to observe until they are ready to venture into the mix. Your puppy will go home enriched and tired! We are outside in all weather though there is an indoor space for the youngest puppies in bad weather.
Requirements
Pups must have had first round of vaccinations plus initial dewormer and their vet care must be up-to-date for their age. Vaccination records are required prior to the first social hour. In order to attend, you must reply to the email that goes out the day before the social hour. RSVPs are necessary so the number of dogs does not exceed the limit Signed liability waiver found HERE
